Her Dirty Rockers by Mika Lane

I had such a good time with Her Dirty Rockers! I loved Coral so much and how she handled the guys. She was a really fun character to read and follow throughout the book.

I loved that the guys in the band were legitimate jerks. Sometimes, with rockstar books, the stars always end up being super nice guys under the rock act. The three of them were fairly decent guys overall, but they weren’t complete angels. They were real, sometimes jerks, sometimes idiots, and it was really nice to read characters that felt real.

I did think that the past between Coral and the guys was kind of swept under the rug a bit. They didn’t really have any major conversations about it, and I don’t feel like it was dealt with. It just lingered between them and then vanished. I wanted so badly for Ennis, Stone, and Hugh to have those conversations and fully understand how they affected her in high school. It would’ve given their characters that extra layer of depth and made them more rounded.

Loved the book, though! I can’t wait to dive into more of this series!
