Holly’s Unjolly Christmas – Lark Green

Holly’s Unjolly Christmas was my second read in this series, and it was really cute! After divorcing her husband of ten years, Holly wants nothing more than to be alone for Christmas to lick her wounds. She finds a luxury cabin for rent on Mount Winter Bliss and immediately books her stay. Not everything is as it seems, though, and no one said anything about a seven foot tall, horned demon!

I appreciated Az and his openness with his mental health struggles. I love a man who isn’t afraid of his shortcomings and admits to needing help to deal with his feelings. My heart really went out to him, and I really hope that he was able to find happiness and healing with Holly and continuing his therapy.

It was really fun to see Holly’s side of interacting with Noelle and Samite. I read Samite’s story first, so I knew some of what was coming, but reading Holly’s story filled in some blanks that were left over from Holidays Ablaze. These stories fit so well together, and I can’t wait to read Noelle’s story and learn more about Winter Bliss!
