Shift – Nicole Parker

I find Taylor and Connor to be extremely relatable in Shift. While playing with a werewolf could be fun (who isn’t curious about that knot?), a little warning would be super. I’d have had a heart attack if I opened my curtains, and there was a 7-foot living werewolf peeking in, sweetheart or not!

Seeing Kyle have a more active role was really fun! Though that playfulness definitely earned him some punishment, naughty boy. He’d be in the doghouse (ha ha) for a while, that’s for sure. I couldn’t be too mad, though, not with how well he helps Connor handle his insecurities and wants without calling attention to it or making it a big deal.

Halloween is my holiday so I’m always down for a holiday special! This was another great entry in the Kyleverse, and now I’m all caught up with the series! Guess I’ll have to go play with everyone’s favourite sentient pink bunny while I wait for the next book 😏😂
