Man, Lana and Mason are SO GOOD together!! I’ve never actually read an older woman/younger man story, my age gaps tend to go the other way, but I loved this so much!

Working in legal, I see a lot of broken families. I think Alexandra did a really great job of showing how these situations can affect the kids. They’re often forgotten in nasty divorces, and Alexandra put the spotlight on them and how hard it is for them, especially when the parents don’t get on. It’s so sad but a harsh reality.

Mason was so patient with Lana and letting her figure out the things that she liked and what she wanted in their relationship. Now, that’s not to say the man didn’t have his moments because my God 👀 I loved the cameos by the other characters in the series as well! And book club! I need a chat and friends like that in my life.

I tell you what, every time I think Alexandra has reached peak romance, she laughs and says hold my beer. I swear I don’t think she’s capable of writing a bad story!
