Seriously though, they’re all so adorable! If I had siblings, I’d want them to be like Lake’s. I love how protective they are without being overbearing and how ridiculous they can be. But when they get serious? Nothing stands in their way.

I love a good second chance, best friends trope, and Lake and Pen were too cute together, I swear! The way she teased him, especially about wanting to wait to move their relationship forward, made me smile. And good for her for getting away from Carter! Him and Giselle deserve each other.

It was so much fun coming back to Wintervale and coming home to the characters I first met in Frosty the Farmhand! Alexandra’s stories always make me so happy, and this was exactly the light story I needed after a very tiring day!
