Now, we meet the Scarecrow!

Even knowing what the scarecrow will go on and do in later years, I can’t even be mad about it. Eli was just trying to save his family in the only way he could after unspeakable things happened to them while he was away at war. He was put in a terrible situation by an entity taking advantage of his pain and I really feel bad for him.

I’m completely invested in this little town now! I was determined to hate the characters involved in the slaughtering in 1969, but if they’re all like this, then how can I???? Damn it, Eric, you’ve given me quite the moral dilemma!

I wonder who will be next? And if I’ll also feel so sorry for them that I can’t hate them for what they do 🤔
