Hosed – Nicole Parker

Kate looking around her party and discounting everyone as people who wouldn’t understand her hose suddenly becoming sentient had me dying! Most everyone there wouldn’t have batted an eye, not that she’d know that. It’s so funny that all these people have sentient object/former sentient object mates, but next to no one knows about each other.

Hosed was a great way to start my new year! It was just as much fun as the other books, and now that I’ve actually read them, the cameos by other characters was that much better. Kate certainly took her hose being sentient better than most, but it always makes me laugh how blasé Kyle always is about the situation when everyone is expecting him to freak out.

Nicole is so creative with these books, and I’m so happy I got to take a look at this one early! Hosed was adorable and another great entry to the Kyleverse!
