Protecting Allie by Audrey Bell

I really liked Allie and Duke together! I loved the history that they had and the chemistry between them. Duke was so protective over her, it was cute!

Now….the stalker. The whole idea of a stalker seemed random. Allie wasn’t worried at all about it that the reader is aware of despite this not being a new occurrence. Then suddenly something happens and a stalker is a huge thing out of nowhere.

The identity of the stalker was a bit eh. For who it was, I expected more danger and more creativity with the actual events. Though I will give the stalker props for the dove….that was very original and took me by surprise.

These two were probably my favourite pairing of the series I’ve read so far. I’m looking forward to continuing through these books. Thank you to Give Me Books for the ARC! This review is my honest opinion.
